2. Products
Tall Sky Sewing produces embroidery kits inspired by medieval beasts and manuscripts. As the kits are assembled by hand, small variations may occur.
Images are provided for illustration. Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings.
3. Orders
When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that your order has been received but does not guarantee acceptance of the order until it has been dispatched.
Tall Sky Sewing reserves the right to cancel orders where necessary, for example due to stock availability or pricing errors.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). Payment is required at the time of purchase using the payment methods available on the website.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal services. Tall Sky Sewing is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers.
6. Returns and Refunds
Customers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the goods under UK consumer law.
Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Unless the item is faulty, the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
