Crafted in collaboration with Rehan, an artisan wood-cutter from North London, each frame begins as a single sheet of Birch ply, precisely laser-cut to fit the embroidery designs. From there, every frame is hand-finished at home—sanded smooth, painted, and varnished to bring out the natural warmth of the wood.
 
The colour I've chosen for this frame reminded me of the noble crab. It goes particularly well with The Tiger, The Stork and The Hare, and suits almost all backdrops. It looks great against a wood or pannelled wall, or in a child's bedroom.

Each frame comes with a complete framing kit, including foam board, pins, and velcro, so you can easily secure your piece.
